Residual Field Indicator

Applications:

  • To check remanent magnetism in workpieces, e.g. after magnetic particle crack detection.
  • It is able to detect the position and polarity of the magnetic poles.
  • Particularly suitable for comparative measurements, e.g. to distinguish sufficiently and insufficiently demagnetized test parts.

Technical features:

  • Residual field indicators respond very sensitively to slightest variations of the magnetic field.
  • The indication/measurement uncertainty in a homogeneous DC field is ± 10 % of the full scale value
  • The permissible temperature range is 20 °C ± 10 °C
